When I met Emma, She was a breath of fresh air. Not only is she positive and has such a great energy about her, she changed the way I view what nutrition really means to me. Understanding how certain foods affect my body was exactly what I needed. For me, It wasn’t about losing a lot of weight quickly but finding a consistent healthy way of life that keeps me energised and slim, my way of life changed.  I have never had so much energy and find Emma’s knowledge and advice so easy to fit into my lifestyle.
