I did the one off session and found Emma really helpful and insightful when answering my questions. She was quick, forthcoming and thorough.  I’ve learnt how to avoid grains and still have energy, allowing me to lose weight and stay full. Also, my blood sugar levels are much more even. I have found that I don’t crave sugar and eat simpler more nutritious food. Possibly most importantly I feel more positive about reaching my goals because I see a change in my body (I swear it’s shrinking after just 3 weeks!)
